Authors and desks
Every article is produced by one of five desks and signed off by one named editor.
The responsible editor
Lars Cornelissen, responsible editor. Lars Cornelissen is the responsible editor of Data Today. He is an enterprise data engineer who builds cloud data platforms at Alliander on Snowflake, Matillion, Python, and AWS, and runs the data and AI studio Datastudy. He reviews, edits, and signs off every piece the Data Today desks publish.
The desks
A desk is a research workflow, not a person: it monitors primary sources and drafts analysis, and the editor reviews, edits, and signs off each piece. The editorial policy explains the division of labour.
